The InterLymph Data Coordinating Centre (DCC) provides centralized support for data harmonization, management, and analysis across participating studies within the InterLymph Consortium. The DCC serves as a core infrastructure component, enabling collaborative research through standardized data integration, coordination of pooled analyses, and secure data stewardship.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assemble and harmonize data from contributing InterLymph studies
- Develop and maintain shared data standards and documentation
- Support pooled and coordinated analyses across working groups
- Provide secure data management and analytic infrastructure
Data Collection Infrastructure
Data collection and study coordination within InterLymph are supported using REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture), a secure, web‑based platform hosted by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
The platform facilitates standardized data capture and coordination across participating studies.

Data Scope and Resources
The DCC supports a large and diverse collection of data from population‑based studies worldwide, encompassing information on lymphoma subtypes, risk factors, and outcomes. Ongoing efforts include integration of genetic and environmental data resources to enable advanced epidemiologic analyses.
Funding and Support
Activities of the InterLymph Data Coordinating Centre are supported through competitive research funding, including grants from the United States National Cancer Institute (NCI), which facilitate infrastructure development and collaborative analytic efforts across the consortium.
