Please note that if you have not registered for an InterLymph conference within the past three years, you will need to create a profile as a New User (a link is available on the registration page). Even if you have an existing profile, you may be prompted to renew your password before proceeding with registration.
Annual Membership and Meeting Fees

Annual membership fees are:
Regular membership: $250
Trainee/Emeritus membership: $75
To simplify the process, the registration site now allows payment of membership dues and meeting registration simultaneously. The meeting registration fee covers catering for lunches, two group dinners, and other meeting-related expenses.
The following early-bird registration rates are available through July 17, 2026. After this date, registration fees will increase for non-member and regular member options.
Early-bird registration fees:
Non-member registration: $700
Regular in-person registration (includes regular membership): $600
Regular in-person registration (includes trainee/Emeritus membership): $425
Please note that current (paid) membership is required to access InterLymph online portals (e.g., Teams workspaces) and other member benefits, including working group and project/paper co-authorship. Membership dues must be paid by September 30, 2026, regardless of meeting attendance.

Abstracts and Oral Presentations

Please refer to the attached Call for Abstracts for detailed instructions. Completed abstracts should be emailed to Aaron Norman ([email protected]) with the subject line:
“InterLymph Abstract Submission”
When submitting an abstract, please indicate the relevant working group(s):
Lifestyle and Environment
Immunology and Infection
Genetics
Pathology/Survival
Family
Multiple Myeloma
Hodgkin Lymphoma
Abstracts are due no later than May 15 for people seeking travel awards. For people not seeking travel awards, abstracts will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis for an additional week (through May 22), although earlier submissions are appreciated to assist with planning. The May 22 deadline is final to enable working group leaders to plan their meeting sessions and confirm final time allocations early enough for all attendees to make their travel plans. Note that abstracts may summarize works in progress with place holder descriptions for anticipated data etc.
Travel Support Funding
Limited travel support funds may be available for current InterLymph members attending the 2026 meeting. Funding may be requested for airfare and/or hotel expenses.
To be considered, please complete the attached travel support request form and email it to Aaron Norman ([email protected]) by May 15, 2026.
Please note the following eligibility and review criteria:
Requests should summarize your contribution to the 2026 InterLymph meeting, your role in ongoing InterLymph pooling projects, and anticipated airfare and/or hotel costs. Travel support will be partial; full coverage of expenses is not possible in order to support as many investigators as possible.
Investigators with active grant-based travel support, particularly those previously supported through this mechanism, are strongly discouraged from applying.
Requests will be reviewed and ranked by members of the Coordinating Committee or their delegates who do not have conflicts of interest.
Funding priority will be given to members with:
Substantial involvement in InterLymph pooling projects
Active leadership roles within InterLymph (e.g., initiatives, working groups, Coordinating Committee)
Roles in annual meeting organization
Early-career investigators actively engaged in data analysis and manuscript preparation
